Extremely disappointing service. I’ve been reaching out to have a 6 window’s panes replaced for a client for nearly two weeks. Responses are slow at best and non-existent at worst. My clients were extremely interested in moving forward with the work, and asked me to have Gragan reach out to make arrangements - I asked once and they didn’t do it, the second time I reached out and asked they said they would and STILL didn’t contact my client. Today when I reached out, I found that there office is going to be closed until Monday. I guess never mind then - we will look elsewhere.

I recently took my dual pane window to get the glass pane replaced here. The frame was returned with cuts and gouges along it from an inexperienced tech. The issue is that the owner refused to take responsibility for his businesses actions by saying that there were o damages whatsoever when it left the shop\. I am very disappointed with what was supposed to be an easy job.

I had a GREAT experience with this shop. 2 of my neighbors highly recommended them and now I know why. From the time that I called about getting my window repaired to when I picked it, they were amazing. They even helped me get insurance to pay for a brand new window. I will be going back to them for anything to do with glass. So amazing!

A branch fell on my windshield Wednesday and by Friday morning I had an appointment. My technician was super polite, knowledgeable and professional. He completed the job of replacing my smashed windshield like a breeze and cleaned up the glass from the inside of my truck! Highly recommend!
