It's fine if you are an adult needing blood drawn, but I would avoid this place if you're child needs bloodwork. We've had to take my toddler son there many times. No one likes having blood drawn, especially not a young child who doesn't understand why some stranger is sticking a needle in their arm. It really depends who is drawing the blood -- some are very calming, patient, and good with kids, others are terrible as if they can't understand why a child would be resisting and not following their directions to "sit still." C'mon, man.

Had a 9 am appointment for a blood test. I arrived and check in about 5 minutes to 9 and selected to wait in the car. By 9:30 (still no text message from the lab) I decided to go inside to find out if they're running late. Turned out the technician was there alone and several people with appointments prior to mine were still waiting. This is the second time I decided to use this lab and second time they are short staffed. Most likely there will not be a next time as I will have to find a different lab even if it means driving out of the way. What is the purpose of making appointments if people end up waiting an hour and a half or longer for an early morning appointment. Unacceptable!

The woman with dark hair and glasses is bad news. She is unwilling to help anyone and she INJURES patients every time she takes their blood. My grandparents came here together and both of them had bruises that lasted two weeks (focus on the way she removes the needle, she practically RIPS it out). There’s a machine in the waiting room that you must use to sign in. Two other patients (in their 70’s) were having trouble with it. The woman with glasses refused to help them. We’re in the middle of a pandemic, and she didn’t have the human decency to help two elderly people sign in. She also refuses to explain anything on the forms, specifically in regards to billing. My grandparents had me there to help them, so it was fine. (I also helped the other couple, for those of you wondering). However, the two other elderly people begged her to explain and she angrily replied “JUST READ IT.” Disgusting. This woman is degrading the experience of this LabCorp. She literally hurts people. I have tried to find a number to file a complaint, but this is the only place I can leave a message. LabCorp employees can schedule a blood drawing and see it for themselves if they don’t believe me (and all the other people in the reviews). I never review places negatively, UNLESS people are being hurt or taken advantage of. I hope something gets done, but in the meantime, AVOID THIS PLACE if you can help it.

My doctor faxed the order so I can perform a my routine lab work and they couldn’t bother confirming it when the office did send the information over. They are disorganized and not helpful. I would have to make another trip just to get this done again.

Dr.Raj was so kind and made me very comfortable while he was taking my blood. He made it a calm/relaxing environment.

So friendly. Quick and easy. The technician who drew my blood was so nice.
