Small crowded , one of the workers a bit nonchalant and rude. The main receptionist polite and helpful , very tall phlebotomy was professionally cordial.. place could have use some cleaning and bathroom too smelly and dirty

I visited this LabCorp in Hawthorne today for lab work. Prior to going I made an appointment for 10.15am. Upon arriving the person at the front desk was very pleasant. I told her I had made an appointment she said its ok. Am the only one here for now but I still need to check in at the Kiosk using my ID. I gave them my paperwork where it was already paid for. Then proceeded to check in with ID. After she mentioned to me to go inside the room and have a seat. The nurse probably came in 1 minute after. Very pleasant and was helpful. It happened quick and I was out under 15 mins. My experience was a great one who attended to me. Sorry i didn't take their names but I remember faces. Great job. Place was clean.
I usually go here for lab work but yesterday when I went in the nurse that extracted blood from me was extremely rude. I started up a conversation with her letting her know that I have deep veins and she completely ignored me didn’t even try to star a conversation back just to be nice, I felt very uncomfortable! plus as she was checking for a vein on my arm she accidentally ripped off a peace of glove on her finger which I thought was no big deal till she proceeded to extract blood from my arm not even changing the ripped glove!! Like I said I have never experienced a bad visit to this particular location Til yesterday SO Definitely not going back and would not recommend this location to anyone!
Absolutely horrible experience. I will never go back to another LabCorp location. I made an appointment, and needed to fast for the blood test. I show up on time and the door is locked with a sign saying they are closed all day. Why let me schedule an appointment if you are closed? Why not call, text, email to let me know you are closed? Extremely unprofessional.
Most of the staff was very positive, all respectful of my time. They took the time to explain the reasons for each test. The wait time was minimal, considering how many people were waiting.
I walked in and I was already getting helped. I was asked to sit until I was called. 2 minutes later I was called to get my blood drawn. Before I knew they were done. The lab is clean, the staff was very nice and very professional. Came to this location based on reviews and stars. Best decision I made. A 5 minutes visit can't beat or argue with that. Highly recommended.
Who'd give this place a 5 star. I would. The staff is super nice, turning an awkward and uncomfortable situation into something tolerable. The wait area is clean and the facilities are also. Would not have a problem going back.
