Horrible service with the lady in front. I didn’t not have my work insurance so I told her I was paying out of pocket wanted to know how much before I did anything .. she started off with my address which I confirmed. Do some reason she could not see that the doctor had writing it out on the paper ridiculous, and a very bad attitude with me speaking like I didn’t now know English pathetic. before I left I told her they had very bad customer service (due to her smart talking). She still had the nerve to talk and say “because of poor customers” , what was she trying to say I can’t afford a insurance or because I’m Hispanic/Latina who can’t get a decent job, or am I over thinking it. Before that she handed me the paper and said “you can go get your lab work somewhere else because I’m not doing it “ what are you really getting payed for?!.

The one lady that works there has always done great at not jabbing me with needle, never hardly feel even the poke. Plus she gets blood coming. Other people/places they will jab, try 2 or 3 places, leave bruises and if they do ever get blood it is so slow takes for ever to fill vial. I hate lab work but if need will go see this Gal. They do not take appointments so never know if only person or 10th in line, can at times be long wait. But if too long I just come back later.
Terrible service by front desk woman. Had electronic copies of my orders and she was not willing to help by printing them off. She should be fired, terribly rude and unhelpful. People that come in there obviously have other things to worry about rather than needing an attitude from someone who is supposed to be a professional. Don’t come here if you expect to be cared for.
They were very clean, very fast and Destiny was great! I hardly felt it!
In fact, I am trying to get the result of my wife blood test was done today morning, unfortunately I couldn't reach it. Thanks anyway Adeeb
I made an appointment for 9am. Got here at 8:50am. It's 9:45 and I'm still waiting. Numerous people who didn't have appointments have called in. Horrible service
