If walk-in check-ins are not being added to the queue in between appointments and given no consideration, LabCorp should make it Appointment ONLY. I came in without an appointment as I was told it's quick and easy. However, after checking in at 10:30, I sat and waited for an hour because they had appointments back to back and the only lady working was 5-10 min late for each appointment. Not really her fault but really frustrating as the process was not made clear, walk-ins are not in queue to be served too as there were other people waiting over an hour to not even be addressed.

Came here for simple blood draw. Have been here for 45 minutes. Only 3 people have been served during this time. One person was in there for over 20 minutes. I don’t know why. This poor women working was apparently here all day on her own. Labcorp needs to get on top of this. I doubt it was the phlebotomist’s fault.
The check in process was fast and easy. I appreciate there being alcohol swabs to clean the tablet. The lab technician was very professional, although not necessarily friendly, but she had me in and out quickly taking my blood test. The location is also very convenient.
The phlebotomist are always kind and efficient. The wait time has been great once you check in, so I always go to this location for testing.
The young lady who took my blood pulled the tube put before taking the needle out of my arm. It blew my vein. This was several days ago and my arm is purple and swollen. I like the location and the fact that it wasn't crowded but I will never go there again.
My mother and I are so happy that they put a LabCorp in our local Walgreens. Considering it's only two blocks from our home, the fact my mother needs to get her prescriptions and medical supplies at Walgreens anyway makes it so simple to go in and get her tests. We didn't wait over a minute for someone to come help us.
I am super afraid of needles with very deep veins and the older women there did an amazing job taking my blood. Didnt even feel the needle come out! Will be returning
