I recently worked with Matt at the Lacon store on the purchase of a used piece of harvest equipment. It came directly from a local farmer, was run and looked over by a service tech at the store, and all seemed fine. After a short period of use on my farm, a problem developed that would require a fairly expensive repair. I emailed Matt and made him aware of my situation. Like most used machinery, there was no warranty or guarantee with the purchase. So Matt certainly could have said sorry, but it’s not my problem. Especially considering I’m an out of area customer. But he quickly responded to my inquiry and offered a very fair resolution. As I told him, “That’s how you do business.” Very satisfied with KSR, as my rating indicates.
