I was referred here by a friend and I LOVE it. The daycare is awesome and the staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They have fun classes which makes working out fun. They have all the equipment I wanted and more. They also have a hot tub and sauna which is kept very clean unlike some other gyms I've been to.

I know this place was run by some shady folks in the past, but my wife and I joined a few months back. we've been very pleased so far. great classes, great child care, staff seems pretty good too. yes the renovations have taken longer than they said (reason for the 4 starts and not 5) but at least they are renovating! I have good hopes for this gym.
I was referred to this place by a friend, and I decided to try it out because with them being 24 hours 7 days a week it worked great for my schedule since I get off late. But every since the renovation they are not 24/7 as advertised and now I am only able to come to the gym like 1 or 2 times because of the hours and when I work. I am paying FULL price every month for a 24/7 Service that I cant even use as they say. And when I asked how much longer the renovation would be they said like another 5-6 months or longer, I don't think this is fair as a member, this is really inconveniencing. Now the facility its self isn't bad, Good Staff, the basketball courts are good, and racket ball court is as well. The weights machines work good for the most part and there are plenty of them, but there are times the cardio equipment doesn't work but most of the time its good too. I would recommend this gym to all my friends BUT only once the Renovation Finally Over.
We joined - based on a call we got saying we were eligible for the 8 a month membership. I know we didn't apply for it, but we are happy with the gym. We have been members for a few months and they have made a lot of improvements to the club. The club they bought out was falling apart. I am very happy with what I get for the money and I don't understand why all the negative comments. We had a few problems with kids in the pool without an adult and it was taken care of promptly.
Left PF and thought Metro had a pool and spa to make it easier on my joints. Joined in May 2015 the pool and spa were closed in June - we wanted to be fair and give them time to get kinks worked out - decided to go today October 10, 2015 and the pool and spa are closed per Mike. The Indiana Attorney General should check this place out!!
Pool and hot tub not available since sign up. At sign up was told to come in next week for evaluation, but when we did - we were told the appointments were booked for 2 weeks. Observing from the upper area while on bicycle, did not see anyone checking to make sure people are using equipment correctly or needed any help. Three bicycles have broken seats, one has missing foot pedal and at least one does not have sensors in handles, these are just the upstairs ones... Upon leaving , our comments about safety seemed to be funny to 2 staff at desk. Not very professional for those of us who are trying to get healthier and do not know about exercise equipment. I know that customer service needs improving.
It has enough of almost everything, free weight, equipment, and treadmills. It has a swimming pool, a lap pool, a hot tub, and a spa. And I like their fitness programs, like body combat in Body Boot Camp. I cannot complain. I think I pay a very good price. And open 24 7. A lot better than them 24 hour gyms like Snap Fitness, 24 hour fitness, and the laughing stock of all gyms Planet Fitness. This location is in lafayette indiana . They also have a basketball court in a tennis racket place.
These guys are sliiimy about cancelling. Find a different gym because this is ridiculous! Said we can cancel when we move. Haven't been to the gym since we moved in July. Went into the gym and showed them proof of our move [our new lease in a different city]. They said they would cancel it for us. In September we got a collections notice for 150. Called them ans they gave us new instructions for cancelling the account. Sent them 2 forms of proof that we moved [utility bills with new address]. Just got another bill from the end of Oct [sent to wrong address!!!] saying we now owe 600!! Called them AGAIN and they gave me NEW instructions for cancelling account but are saying we will still have to pay the 600. Seriously, find a different gym!!!
