Hated that there was construction made it hard for me to navigate with my walker. The Staff was so friendly and helpful! Wow I have had many MRI but this particular machine was tiny and the bed you lay on was also really tiny maybe it is one of the first machines they made. I have been on one of the new ones that are larger bed and a little larger machine and they also piped in fresh air that made it feel not so claustrophobic. But my over all experience was really good. I was not aware I could not walk into the room with my walker but the technician made it work for me she was very very sweet.

The staff was awesome! I came in rather late on a Friday and needed a lot of X-rays. They were very accommodating, helpful and caring. Even though it could have made them have to stay late, they didn’t make me feel like I was imposing. The technician was quick and extremely competent. I would highly recommend this facility and will return should I need any further images. Thanks!

Well it has been a long time since I have needed an MRI...and I must say this may have been the most efficient appointment I have ever had. Filled out the paperwork on-line and showed up a little early for my time slot and was on the table before my 11:30 appointment. Thank you Saddleback Valley Radiology for providing a safe environment and taking care of me in record time!

Front the moment I got to the office, I was welcome by a friendly receptionist, fast access to my paperwork, immediately was called by a very friendly X-Ray technician. No waiting at all. Pleasant experience.
