We hired Barbecue Renew to refurbish our barbecue. The technician seemingly did a good job until we tried to use it. When the rotisserie control knob was turned, flames spewed out from above and through the seams of the barbecue burning my husband’s fingers. Turned out we needed a new rotisserie flex hose from Bull. A new hose was ordered which was the wrong size. Now that we have spent a lot of money restoring the barbecue we may not be able to get this part. The company never imitated follow up with me. I had to keep calling until Mike called me back. I’m no longer going to use them. They didn’t fully check their work and their follow up is very poor. Beware!

This time last year, I moved to a new house. It had a lynx BBQ, but it was 12 years old. These talked me into restoring it. I paid them 1,313 dollars. All I got was a good cleaning. Never fixed the rotisserie, the auto starter worked for a few months, and they did not get the back burner to work. Complete rip off. Should have invested in a new grill. They miss represent what they do.. Nothing more than a cleaning. Don't waste your money.

Once these guys get your money they vanish. They tell you a three year warranty but once you pay them they ghost you. Barbecue wasn’t put back together correctly. First time I went to grill after they came out to “fix” and clean it, screws fell out of my barbecue. Overpriced and under delivered. Steer clear of this company.
