Was a great experience. Me and by friend did jet ski and fly boarding. Luigi was great with us- he gave a jet ski that was “easier” to maneuver since neither one of us was a strong swimmer. He also really encouraged us during our fly boarding lessons. He was great! Would recommend

My wife and I had a blast riding jet-ski's at Pacific Jet Sports on our honeymoon. Getting chauffeured to the dock of jet-ski's was also fun. We had the photographer take a zillion pictures of us while we were out riding. We tried really hard to bounce each other off the jet-ski but never succeeded. Speed it what we needed.
I bought a Groupon for 2 jet ski rentals. Called their reservation department to ask about the booking process and told me to just call whenever I wanted to do the activity. Im in Maui, one week later after I talked to them and they are closed until May 15th because its whales season. I understand they have to protect them, but what I don't understand is why they didn't care to mention I was not going to be able to use the voucher until May. My Groupon expires on February, paid almost 200 and they won't reimburse it, Groupon said it has to be through the company and the company says it has to be through Groupon. Shady shady business! Buyers beware, they are still selling these Groupons without letting people know they won't be providing the service.

These guys were excellent! Quick to pickup and super friendly, out at the dock the guys were very clear on instructions and answered all questions. After instructions they waste no time and get you in the water. Huge area to blast around in. Would book with Pacific Jet Sports again!
Highly recommend booking a jet ski adventure with these guys! I had one of the best experiences of my life! It was my first time jet skiing, the jetskis were awesome and really fast and I got to see dozens of spinner dolphins while I was in the water which was amazing. The crew were all really chill and helpful and professional! If your planning on renting jetskis while on Maui I definitely recommend this company!
AWESOME experience! The people are super laid back, friendly, and helpful. The powerboat ride out to the floating platform was a major bonus dose of fun!! We rented jet skis, and they were powerful and well-maintained. The floating platform has plenty of shade and seating, and I felt totally comfortable leaving my purse, etc, in the cubbies. I was able to book another jetski last minute while on the platform. Might go back for the flyboarding! I highly recommend renting goggles, especially if it's windy out. LOVE these guys!
