I was in a pickle. My condo wall ac unit had failed and heat and humidity was rising. I called many contractors, they weren’t sure they could fix the ac. GSHA came out very cost-effectively, professionally and fixed it!!! They scheduled a Sunday afternoon appointment and came on time. I know my cost was 1/2 of the other estimates. But most important - fixed it. Temps now down from 90 F to 74F. Ahhhhhhhhh I will always use them going forward. Thank you

GSHA Services installed a heater and AC unit in my home. It went great and I'm very happy with the result. It was a great price for quality work and the installers were professionals that provided great service. Peter did well explaining everything and was very helpful. My experience w/ the estimator (Peter #1) was encouraging. 4.5 My experience w/ an office woman was pleasant too. 4.5 When I finally decided to go w/ a particular option I was offered a time slot the next morning (in December...w/ a cold front on the way). 5.0! The installers (Peter #2 and [I've forgotten]) seemed to do a good job, and I liked them...but it was difficult communicating w/ them because I don't speak Polish and their English was fairly limited. 4.5 The furnace has only been in a week but so far, so good :) 5.0 There was a small job of inspecting the Air Conditioning coil which they were nice enough to do and address w/ a bit of calking. 5.0
I want to thank Peter and the GSHA crew for the magnificent work on replacing my broken furnace during the worst part of the brutal Winter Storm. 5 stars to your company and crew! In less than 24 hours they replaced my old furnace with a top of the line Lennox system. Peter and his crew were on time, they are very knowledgeable, courteous and super clean and efficient on their work. We would absolutely recommend GSHA to anyone in need to replace their furnace.
