The customer service is friendly. Both John and Alfred personally help you find what your looking for and if they don’t have it they may be able to order it thru some of their RV vendors. I have an early 2000 class c and was replacing various parts. Their prices are better than other RV stores within a 50 mile radius. The store front is organized and tends to have parts and or supplies for older and some newer models. I also noticed other customers showing appreciation for their RV service and great propane fees. Propane fill up doesn’t have a minimum like most places.
