These builders have been building across the street for 10 months. They constantly start and stop work for months and leave a mess. There was an 8ft tall pile of dirt out front for 8 months and they only paved half the driveway before letting the family move in. They leave their work trucks and cars on site for weeks at a time on our street. The actual house looks nice, but they did not moisture wrap the house before putting siding on which is a mold nightmare in Washington. I wouldn't want to live in their houses if they are all built like this.

Hi Nick Ray, The city of Shoreline REQUIRES you to have a concrete driveway on all new houses, of per said feet. Yen Design complied. It took the home owners another few weeks to make up their mind on the rest of the driveway. I wouldn't put that on the company. The house has a barrier wrap. I'm not sure why you would mention that it doesn't. I have taken pictures, and have seen it myself. Construction sites are dirty and at times a bit of a "mess". That's just the way projects go. It's not meant to be super clean. If it had been I would have been worried they weren't doing the job! Yen design has followed every rule and regulation that Shoreline has put on the project. The things that had been a concern by the city or the homeowner.....they listened and took care of the issues right away. These guys knew their stuff and they composed business with professionalism and respect.
