Great store, friendly staff for the most part. The only thing that stops me from rating a 5 is size/merchandise...wish it was a bigger store...more fabric and notions.

Needed some Holiday fabric so I ordered online for pick up. Selection was super limited. Site said enter email to receive 20% off. Entered and then get a pop up that the offer is invalid. However they did take my email, flood my inbox, and then refuse to unsubscribe me after 3 attempts. The pick up itself went fine.

I am a jewelry maker, and JOANN carries basic jewelry making supplies and beads, perfect for beginners and hobbyists. There's a little something for the crafter in everyone, from fabric to magnifiers and unique buttons, JOANN has it. My humble suggestion is to check out the clearance aisle. That is where I found these fabulous fabric brush markers.

Went in to buy more fabric for my grandchildren pajamas yesterday. I have been a JoAnn Fabrics customer for decades. I am a Patriot of this Country and I choose not to wear a mask. Well I was in the check out lane keeping my social distance and your clerk asked me if I want a mask? I said no ( I'm checking out ) she proceeds to tell me she doesn't feel comfortable checking me out. Which I responded \ you have a plexiglass between us and you're wearing a mask \ she continued to say no I cannot check you out. Are you kidding me!! This is discrimination and you disrespected me infront of others . How old are you? 18? I'm a mother of 7 grandmother to 13. If it wasn't for your other nice employees I wouldn't shop there again
