The worst customer service ever you can’t pay for a ticket online because the links do not work!!! You can try to pay by phone but without prompts you have to have so much information on hand that the system hangs up before you can finish and the third option requires you to pay extra money to a third party to pay your ticket!!!! If that is not a scam then it is against the Arizona state constitution

This court house does not follow the law of state or federal justice let alone jurisdiction of there county. You are forced to take sentences that ar morally wrong, you get wrongfully arrested with no evidence. And here is the kicker they require mask by mandate of state and federal order. But yet no mask, picture attached below. I never really post negative about places, BE AWARE this places forces you to either plead guilty or go to jail. #nomask #equality #nojustice

They are very friendly, helpful and fast! The judges are fair and pleasant. The courthouse is very clean and welcoming.

I went to pay some fines today and like everywhere else they were closed, which is fine. They have a letter posted with instructions on how to pay. So I came home and proceed to do what was told. Nothing works, not the website, not by phone. So I go back and try to talk to someone that can help. The security guard was RUDE and said there was nothing he could tell me. So I asked if he could go ask one of the courts clerks and he wouldn't. So now I have no way to pay. If warrants are issued because of this nonsense lack of correct communication then best believe a lawyer will be called. This place is awful!

This place is a joke, NO ONE answers their phone or bothers to call you back. We need to take care of a ticket, we live 1800 miles away so it's not like we can just drive up there and talk to someone! Extremely unprofessional, I will be contacting the state regarding this matter.
