I live alone and am disabled. I only put 1 bag of trash out every other week. I've lived at this address for 2 years now and this is the 3rd time they've neglected to pick up my trash. I struggle to get the can to the curb, and this time it's been 3 weeks I've put it out only to have them pass by without taking it or even looking at it. I sat and watched them ignore it again today. They take everyone else's trash on both sides of the block.
