I have given this business many opportunities to win my business. I just won’t go back - I wish them the best but honestly they could use a huge lesson in acknowledging/customer service and smiling! The owner apparently has everyone in such a tight leash that customizing is just not allowed! Have fun with “all” that! Meh- when I pay 6-8 for a drink I want it how I want. I have many reasons for choosing to move on.
I would not even give 1 star!!! They charged us 3 for an 8oz kids coco that tasted like water. Our bill came to 24 for coco and 1 coffee. This place keeps getting worse in price and customer service!
