Tried to schedule service with Lake Tapps. Waited for a week to get a call. Nothing. Called again and scheduled the appointment against my better judgment. Gave them part numbers of the parts I wanted ordered, and they agreed to call back. Never did. Sent an email hoping it would result in our communication issues being resolved. Didn't email back for 5 more days. I'm not a customer that is hard to please or unreasonable, I get when things happen. This was repetitious though and they blatantly didn't care. Go to Pacific Nautiques if you want your service done. I couldn't get these guys to take my money no matter how hard I tried. Worst of all, they never made an effort to fix or right the situation, which speaks volumes when your purchasing 100-200k worth of boat. I won't be back.

Best boats in town! Wonderful employees that make you feel like family right away. They genuinely want you to enjoy your time without the push of having to buy anything. Although I did do some purchasing and love all of it. Great deals reasonable pricing and outstanding knowledge to equipment and boats. My husband and I went to the surf clinic and learned so much. They were willing to have us out there as long as we needed and taught us so much. I highly recommend stopping in for a visit and see it for yourself. Words do not do them justice you gotta see for yourself. You will have the best time!

My wife and I purchased a 2019 Malibu 21 VLX a couple months ago. The boat is AMAZING! The customer service was incredible! They have been super helpful with all my questions. We spend a lot of time on Lake Tapps so it’s nice having them in the community. I like having a local shop to buy equipment from especially since they are very knowledgeable about all of it and their prices are competitive even with the online retailers. I’ve gotten to know the salesman Jeff and Tanner since we’ve made our purchase and they have invited me out a couple times to demo a couple boards or just go for a late October wakeboard/surf session. They treat me like a valued customer even after we’ve made our purchase. They don’t even mind if I stop in just to say hi and talk boats with them or just look at all the new boards. I will continue to do business with these guys and use them for all my boating needs!
