Very disappointed in our meal tonight. Ordered delivery and received the smallest piece of lasagna I've ever seen and the chocolate cake (don't recall the fancy name) was not at all as described. I have no idea who would look at that piece of lasagna and think \yeah that's good\. Makes it feel like us delivery customers get the shaft.

I loved my waiter but thought very different of the atmosphere and take on the food that was served. I like the food and remembered how nice this establishment used to be. The floors were greasy, and the person who seats you wasn't the most polite. Lunch time isn't a very busy time but I get it, covid 19 has changed everyone. No rushing to a seat and the food portions were way smaller than they used to be. I like what I ordered but I feel the main ingredient wasn't in the dish. Garlic. How can you forget to put a main ingredient in a dish that calls for it? I was surprised how delicious it turned out asking for more sauce, but that's not the point. Maybe they changed recipes but I think I won't be returning. #theyusedtobegreat
Its really good for a chain restaurant. I just think the portions were slightly off. The protein was adequate but the carbs was excessive. I the grilled asparagus was on the slim side. The taste was good. The tiramisu could be shared between two. The server was really sweet and worked really hard. The ambiance was comfortable and dimly light. Overall will return again.
Typically I love Carrabba’s but the takeout has been questionable lately. I ordered the Johnny Rocco tonight and the scallops looked like this. I could tell they were funky right when I opened the package. You guys couldn’t remake these? There is not a link on the receipt to leave feedback so I decided to share here.
Experience was awesome, our server \phillip\ working day shift on Jan. 30 was attentive and quick to respond if things were needed. Highly recommend him and other employees like him for a raise. Food was amazing we had the soup of the day and rigatoni Overall experience awesome 5 stars well deserved
