Great food for the price. I used Essential Catering Solutions for a 2 day workshop we held. They took care of breakfast and lunch for us. The food was served hot and fresh. If you are looking to host an event. I would strongly recommend using Essential Catering Solutions. I will be using them again for sure.

A friend of mine recently lost a parent. I couldn't think of a way to show support. I didn't want to send a card or plant. Dorcas, the owner of Essential Catering provided a family meal to this friend during a time where they were consumed with grief. The meal provided nourishment and was so well received. I've been to events catered by Dorcas and her team but there's something a little extra special about family meals prepared by her. They truly feel like a warm hug. Being able to provide this experience for my friend during her time of grief was incredibly heartwarming. Plus, my friend told me the meal was delicious and much appreciated. I highly recommend Dorcas and Essential Catering Solutions. She is responsive, professional, thoughtful and prepares a fine meal! From the moment we met with Dorcas, we knew that this was the caterer we needed to make our daughter's wedding day special. Dorcas carefully listened to our desires, patiently answered our myriad of questions and helped us build a menu that would fit both our needs and budget. Communication was great throughout the entire process and the guidance Dorcas provided was incredibly valuable. We especially appreciated the flexibility shown as we altered the menu, added servers and they allowed us to design the buffet area to bring our vision to life utilizing our own serving dishes, etc. The food was beautifully displayed, plentiful and tasty. And what a treat it was to have Dorcas there to oversee everything and serve our guests so well. Our daughter's wedding was absolutely wonderful and thanks to Essential Catering, Dorcas & her staff, this momma was able to enjoy her daughter's special day to the fullest joy!

I needed to send a bereavement meal to the family of a friend of mine that just passed away. I am not in the Tampa area so when i searched on google for bereavement meal delivery a lot of websites with frozen meals popped up. Clearly not local delivery. Then i finally found this catering service Essential Catering. Dorcas was able to help me on a very short notice and she through in some desserts for the kids. The family loved it and it was one less worry for them to have to deal with in such a trying time. I am forever grateful. Thank you again Dorcas.
