YES YES YES! I would recommend this company! Janelle in the office has been ready and willing to answer all and any of my questions. She is the one who makes working with this company so very pleasant! In addition everything she says they will do, they do! As far as the service to the house goes, it has been professional, not leaving a mess behind. Never have I had a disagreement with what they pick up or how they pick up my garbage. And their containers are large enough and convenient enough to hold my garbage! When it comes to garbage they pick it up, they don't dole it out! Very Very reasonable prices, too! 5 star all the way!

Very courteous and always on time. When I moved I was able to move my service with me instantly. They are always very helpful when I call and have concerns.
They respond in a timely manner..super pleasant. They fix anything I need right away I will keep recommending them to anyone who asks for a good disposal service. Great company! And call reps are extremely nice patient and very well trained.
Ran over my mailbox with their garbage truck and refused to compensate me in any way because their driver didn't report the incident. It's negative 6 degrees outside and I get to dig out what's left of the post and install a new one at my own expense so I can get my mail. Your negligence costs me money and time. Not professional at all.
We have used many garbage disposal & recyclable companies in the past, and Lakes Disposal is one of the best. They are prompt, courteous, and fair priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family &/or friends.
