So far I have nothing bad to say about this company! I ordered one of their cute little train set tables for my son for his birthday. However I was missing the hardware that goes with it (not sure if it was missing to begin with or if it fell out during shipping since the box was slightly torn up; either way doesn’t matter things happen). I submitted a request for replacement parts and within 24 hours I was contacted to verify my information so they could send me a replacement that very same day! I haven’t received the parts yet but the customer service is above and beyond expectations! I just know my son is going to love this set for his birthday!
This review is not about any products this business offers but strictly toward the day to day operations staff. I was contacted for an interview by the president of the company. Upon arrival to the interview, which was five minutes early, I was informed by a staff member that the president of the company was with another candidate and they mistakenly booked two interviews for the same date and time. The staff member asked me if I would like to come back another time as rhey were going to be a while. I waited for another 10 minutes before informing the staff member I was going to follow her suggestion and leave. The President of the company never contacted me back to apologize for wasting my time or to attempt to reschedule. I just thought the general public should know the operations staff of this company work in case you decide to ever apply here. There is a clear lack of communication between the staff and the office was a mess and not up to professional standard, in my honest opinion.
