I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at DiFeo Kia! I was interested in one of their used vehicles, and the price just seemed too good to be true. However, what was advertised online was exactly what was presented in person... a truly honest dealer! The team was incredibly friendly, and our representative, Joel Rivera, made the transaction seamless. He even sent detailed photos and videos before I made the trip over! There was never any pressure to look at other vehicles, or go outside of my budget. I wish I had known about them before, and I will definitely be coming here for any future purchases! The experience of buying my 2021 Telluride here was effortless, no BS. You can feel the appreciation for earning your business. Sales consultant Matthew DeChistino explained every technology detail of my new car, I was very impressed. Because I had my old car with me, they drove my new car to my house. A couple day after, the dealer called me to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase. I will be back.

Today was my only day off this week and I wasn’t looking forward to having to spend hours in a car dealership looking for a new lease. I was browsing online at DiFeo Kia and I entered my contact information to get a call back hoping there was a way to make this process go more quickly. Less than two minutes later Renee called and was ready with a helping hand. She was so friendly and pleasant on the phone. She immediately connected me to Joel when I explained that i was seriously looking for a new car and wanted to get the process started. From the beginning Joel was really friendly and had no issues with doing a majority of the sale by phone. When I finally did go to the dealership Joel greeted me at the door and we got right to talking numbers. The whole experience was fantastic and DiFeo Kia offered me the best deal by far on a new lease! After Joel completed his portion of the sale with me Kenny in Finance introduced himself and we got to signing! He was also super friendly and got me in and out of his office in less than 15 minutes. The whole transaction was less than 2 hours and I got to go home in a beautiful new car and enjoy the rest of my day off from work. I also don’t have to stress out about a car payment that isn’t in my budget. Thank you to Joel, Renee and Kenny for their exceptional service and friendliness! I would highly recommend stopping by to see Joel if you’re in the market for a new vehicle! He’s the best!

It was my first car purchase but Nick Bell was amazing and held my hand (not physically haha) throughout the process. He was attentive and patient not to mention informative. He wasn't pushy or sleazy. He also delivered the car to me in Manhattan! Special thanks to Mike as well. Thank you to the entire staff that had to deal with the headaches of my bank, my questions asked and the more to come (I'm literally going to call them today lmao).
