I like it because its quick and the folks who run it are friendly The only suggestion I have for them is the hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. - 6 p.m.. The thing is I wish they were open a little earlier and closed a little later due to work schedule but I am happy with this place at the end of the day. I do realize there are only 2 people who run it though. They work in tandem as a team very well and the longest I have had to spend there is 10 minutes. I am typically in amd out with no wait. I am a person who prefers to get these things out of the way as quickly as possible. So the a.m. shortly after they open is when I arrive. The one time I had a short wait it was around 11:00 a.m. when I arrived.

Great place, usually very quick. The lady that manages it overall is phenomenal, often having you ready before you get to the desk. Only 3 stars because the older guy they also have in the office is slow, often gets confused with the computer system (and sends him to the lady beside him), doesn't sort out the men in line in the proper order...what should take 2 minutes takes 10-15 minutes. Its disappointing considering they've always had a stellar record in my book until he started.
That tiny old Mexican is a pos. When you get done and say have a good day he just stares at you says nothing. Horrible customer service on his part. Others there are great.
Never have any problems there except monday 12/21 I was arrived at 245pm and the place was locked up. No note on door and no answer on the phone? Being on parole I can't afford a place that tests me just lock the doors during business hours with no explanation or a way to pardon the test for the day. I was forced to go to another location on the other side of town. Making me late for my job.
I don't know why Ben (the old white guy) works here, I sat waiting for 15 minutes with only me and one other person the lady next to him told him that we where waiting and he just shrugged and helped the next person to walk in before he helped us.

Love this location! The staff is great and its close to my home. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get my test done.
I went today for UA testing to RMOMs facility in Aurora and felt very unsafe. Room was full of people, staff was short on hand and completely disorganized . People coughing and sneezing. was no place to seat. I saw few young ladies with small kids. They used female bathroom for male testing. I don’t think this facility meets any health standards especially with current virus spread. Pretrial service completely ignorant about that and court administration useless to solve this. Also very sad about employees over there, they are fully exposed to potential virus.
