Stopped in here today to get my first stick of my own since Erin signed me up to join her pool team. They have a bunch of different tables and it is a great spot to get pool sticks and supplies also a ton of dart stuff. The salesmen was very helpful. The layout of the store seemed a little weird to me and looked dated.

Steve's great! Just picked up our new stools and he was so accommodating. Due to the limited space of our SUV, he discarded the boxes for us so we could better fit everything. Will be back for a pool table in the future!
Under the advice of a well known player in the Lancaster area. my wife went to this place to buy me a jump ,break cue for a Xmas present. The guy working of course talked her out of what she originally went there to buy, and sold her a different jump break cue. Overall decent cue with a legends name on it. Within in one year the shaft cracked. They would not replace it, but they were more than happy to charge me to have it fixed. ( This isn't about the amount ) After picking up the cue and having a discussion with the same guy who sold her the stick I left. Within 3 months of the repair I had the shaft cleaned at a tournament and sure enough the same crack was visible and bigger. Of course we called and we were told that they would contact the Maker to see if they would replace it. Within an HR we were told that it would not be replaced and that they cannot repair the shaft and I would have to buy a new one. My reply Ok fine I will buy one from another place and I will never buy anything here again. Poor quality, work and they seem to be only worried about a sale or Making money off of you. And if you walk in to look around they are happy to let you do that, but you are not a priority for service even if your the only one in the store. It should be noted that this was over a year ago since the last incident. Just now getting around to writing a review because I need the tip replaced on my shooting cue and they came up in a search that repairs cues.

We got our pool table here. We customized every single detail online and they explained all our options in the store. Very good service and product.
