I am so happy that we still have companies in the business like this one! Kudos to you, David's Service! I commend you on your great customer service, knowledge, and patience (for us that know nothing about HVAC). And most of all your honesty. You did a service call on my very old systems and told me what I knew to be true AND had been procrastinating on taking care of. After explaining what needed to be done as well as the cost and timeframe it would take to have done....you came back within the week to provide me with a new furnace and ac unit! Oh did I mention the intake duct that was recommended so that my ac unit wouldn't have to work so hard this summer! Mr. David said he would arrive by 7a and yes, he was there probably around 655a! Ready to work. I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome and would recommend this company wholeheartedly.
We have used David's Services for years. Always prompt and professional and explain services and options. Very polite and professional. During this cold snap their communication and responsiveness to our situation was amazing. Came out in the freezing cold and got us up and running. My HVAC system stopped working on New Years Eve, I was in the middle of refinancing to pay for a new HVAC system. Lance is amazing. My loan officer talked to someone at David's and today they installed my new system. The company said they would be here at 7am and they were here at 7am. I am so grateful for their professionalism and politeness, I highly would recommend this company.

Actually they installed my heating and air conditioning units more than 20 years ago and do the maintenance. It is wonderful to do business with this company.
