Rented a brush mower for a skid loader, 10 minutes into mowing and the crimp on the hydraulic line broke. The shop was closed so we rented a hotel to get it fixed the next day and finish our mowing. The next day the service center was zero help and stated “ our mechanic isn’t in so we can’t help you “. I was promised a refund and then the manager refused to refund the 170. Do not rent any equipment from here, awful customer service!
