I was given my equipment during the pandemic and I was less than pleased commutation was awful time frames given for things were always off I was never allowed in the building for anything always made to stand out side even when I picked up my equipment I was just handed it then shooed away. For something as important as this it would had been appreciated to be invited in sat down and properly fitted for mask. Needless to say I will be going else where in the future.

zero communication. as much as these places make billing your insurance you think They would do some of the work to get your insurance set up. rude and short on the phone

Was just spoken to SO RUDELY I am in shock! I didn't use machine for about 15 days due to a sinus infection that turned into bronchitis. Respitech refuses to bill my insurance for the period when I was sick, insisting insurance won't cover it but I've spoken to insurance and they tell me they WILL pay. Respitech refused to bill the insurance, said pay 900 for the two months (15 days fell half in one month and half in another) and turn in machine or pay more!

I came to the site looking for your hours of operation. I think that would be one of the important things to have on your website. It would save the office staff from answering the question on the phone all day
