My mother purchased a Vector security system a few months ago. Scott came to her home and took time to make sure she was comfortable with the process. We found him to be very personable, courteous, and professional. Chris was very meticulous and did a great job handling the installation. He was quite knowledgeable and patient while explaining the panel, app, and fob. We recently had the need for a service call and found both Scott and Chris extremely helpful coordinating everything to make the modifications we requested. Our experience with Vector has been very positive.
