My family had a strange and unpleasant experience with Owl Creek Vision Care recently. While calling to set up a new patient eye exam for our son, my husband was put on an extended hold by owner Jennifer Rodgers. When she returned to the phone, she delivered an odd spiel about the importance of "sticking with" a vision provider. (What??) Her speech culminated in an emphatic "recommendation" that our family choose a different provider - specifically, she suggested that we take our business to the optometrist in Riverton who performed my husband's last eye exam. The problem, apparently, was that my husband shopped for glasses at Owl Creek last year but didn't buy a pair (he found their selection limited and unattractive). Puzzled by Dr. Rodgers' reasoning, my husband asked if we were being black-balled from her business. Dr. Rogers airily dismissed his question and repeated her bizarre speech, refusing to service our family. Needless to say, we will gladly take our business elsewhere, and we "recommend" that others do the same.

I felt like the lady fitting my kids for glasses didn't include them in the process. She picked them out. To this day my daughter is still wearing her glasses from Lander Vision. I regret not taking my kids to Lander Vision. I only tried owl creek because they were recommended by a nurse at the optometrist we visited.

The doctor was a great guy really helped me out the receptionist was extremely rude to me basically keeping me hostage until I figured out payment again great doctor but I will never go back again because the receptionist was extremely rude I thought I would give them a chance but just because she was a very very rude lady I will never go back they lost a customer
