I have loved shopping at Lane Bryant for years; it is one of my favorite stores. However, I have to say that I am extremely tired of being treated poorly by an associate named Deb. She is too blunt, belligerent, and downright rude...and that is putting it mildly. She turns what should normally be a nice experience into a miserable one. This has happened every time I have gone to the store while she is working. I finally felt that I had to write a review. If not for the other store associates that are actually friendly, I would’ve given a lower star review.

If I could give zero stars I would! The associates are lacking in knowledge and kindness! I had a breast reduction and was wondering where I should start with my new size. I was yelled at that they didn’t do fittings because of COVID19 so basically what was I doing there! I’ve never felt more ashamed and sad for not having a natural body to fit. I support not doing fittings. What I don’t support is being made to feel like I WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG BY GOING IN THERE! I can only imagine how they treat a breast cancer survivor!! Disgusting and rude!
