I went to the mall with a small list, Lane Bryant was there and convenient. (Right next to the parking lot) Tina and Barb were just amazing. Barb went above and beyond to help me find every thing to fit just how I need it. I left extremely satisfied and I got EVERYTHING on my list. I'm not so fond of the interest rate with their credit card.. but great people awesome place

Didn't have my size of swimsuit in stote. Staff (Aoife) says can send to my house. Only to send two skirts and not the swim top and skirt like I told her I wanted and payed cash for. I have not tried to return the item so I do not know if this will be a store credit or if I will get a cash refund but I will never again have an Lane Bryant employee send something to my home. Human error or lack of common sense I will never know

The ladies that work here are always very friendly and helpful! Always willing to try to maximize any discounts I may have and ring things up in multiple groupings to get the buy one get one half off on the equal value 2nd item, instead of ringing one group, and all the least expensive items being the half price, and paying full price for every top priced item. Always a great experience shopping here!!!
