Absolutely amazing experience. Anthony did such a great job helping me find something that was worth my while ! He was extremely friendly and also very personable. Not only were we able to speak with him about cars, but also talk about other things. he wasn’t pushy or pressuring into buying anything that day, even though we did . Dropped.car off 30 minutes before opening with very friendly gentlemen & it was ready in 2 hours to come pickup. Pickup was easy with very efficient, upbeat & funny young lady. Overall a wonderful experience. Couldn't have been any easier or more efficient.

Dont expect any actual customer service. You cannot make an appointment for anything. You cannot reach anyone in the service department at anytine. You can leave messages but you wont get a call back. You can stress to the operator the importance that you speak to service and she will just snap at you then transfer you to sales. I gave them a 3 because people do have bad days and they used to be very efficient and had excellent customer service. And the pandemic doesnt help anything either.
