Drove 517 miles to get my buddy his license during covid. We are 12 minutes late and the lady refused to see him even though their were appointments still available until 3:30 pm! This is how the secretary of state operates??? Not to mention there was no one else in there... Oh but she had \meetings\ until 5pm today!!! I hope a supervisor sees this and you get reprimanded!!! Horrible customer service!!!
