I am in the beginning phase of searching for affordable, decent, clean housing. Covington Woods was 2nd on my to visit property list. After visiting my 1st choice, only to be shocked by the rental pricing, I saw to my left another property & decided to chance it & stop in. I was greeted by Lisa & told her what I was looking for. And she took it from there! She explained was was required, wrote down what I need to provide & then asked if I wanted to see an apartment. Well heck yeah! It had 3 main things I require- washer & dryer hookups, a patio or balconey & pet friendly. I have to say Lisa was friendly, professional & accommodating. I left with ALL my questions answered & 98% positive this is where I want to live. The other 2% will be determined by visits to the property after hours & such. But all in all- I like it. Nice curb appeal Hopefully I found my new home

Went in for some details. JoDee was very professional showed me around the complex. Very friendly neighborhood, they have a little park in the middle which is fantastic for my daughter. I met the maintenance man while I was there he is very professional and well maintained appearance. I will definitely rent from these guys. Wilhoit properties is just truly amazing for what you pay to live there. Awesome experience all around definitely worth more than 5 stars.

Pretty nice place. The old property manager was nice and cared about the residents but now the place is falling apart, rules are being broken because management doesn't care and rules only apply to some residents. Seems like they are just about the money anymore.
