Great place to Shop at great customer service great prices would not let you leave unless you are 100% satisfied and any questions all concerns will be taken care of right away with no question asked very friendly great personalities any thing that you want done you have people that are there that 100% know what they’re talking about and everything that you want done is done very fast And done right nomattter what I would shop there plenty more times again with no hesitation and another great thing about this place is the snap plan if you don’t have all the money you can actually apply for snap finance program or you can make payments every month based on your credit and trust me they approve of you even with bad credit so that’s another great thing about this place that they provide and they been on Torrence a long time they’re not going nowhere because they do great business and they have plenty of customer service meaning very polite the answer all your questions no matter what type of question it is always happy always smiling they’re not just there to get your money through there to help you and satisfy all your concerns that you ask for or have concerns about that’s another reason why I love this place have a great day everybody everyone stay safe out there be safe talk to you soon And Rick the owner very great guy including his workers they are alll customer service friendly great personalities always motivated to have a customer even before I come to the door so like I said thank you Rick and his crew I really appreciate all your help you guys did a fantastic job am my sounds in my car alarm I will be back And that’s a guarantee be safe have a great day everyone ️️️️️️️ ️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️

I’ve been dealing with Rick and forza ever since they opened with one counter and no rims and tvs on the wall in the store lol. They’ve touched every single one of my cars and even brought friends cars for remote starts. Great work and excellent customer service . I had a slight hiccup with our last interaction but I can thank COVID-19 for that which caused my order to take over a month for them to get my item but he finally made it right. Only issue I had is communication since the showroom is closed and rick is taking all the calls. Other than that rick and the crew are A1 in my book

Very slow. Had appointment and work was shabby had to ask for manager to see why installed product sounded horrible. They Cancelled my appointment on another occasion and never called to reset once their sounds installer returned. Spent over 3K w them in past would never again use their services. If u choose them get rdy to talk w other customers who complain of communication and time issues. Ijs
