I have used the local PODS for Lansing, MI twice now. Once in the summer and once in the winter. Both times the staff I spoke to were helpful and professional. I really screwed up with my packing of my POD this time and the employees went above and beyond to help me get the door open, in the cold. I did have to keep the unit at the facility because the truck was unable to go down the alley way for a drop/pick up. Thank you once again to the drivers for helping me out!!

Worst experience with a company to date. Had a pod delivered on a Monday for a time sensitive move out.was charged almost 400.00 . The pod leaked horribly all round the edges.they were supposed to bring a new pod within 24 hrs.pod never showed up,no call.yet I was charged ANOTHER 400! Called and spoke to supervisor named memory, who told me they would send a repair Person out since they kept screwing up delivery and charging me. Just received a call from pods delivery that they CANNOT do repairs and was bring another pod.i looked at my account and WAS CHARGED ANOTHER 400 for a 3rd time!!!!!calls to supervisors go to voicemail. It is now Saturday. 6 days of wasted moving time and hours spent on hold and speaking with pods.still Waiting to try and resolve triple billing.CONSUMER BEWARE! There are other storage service options with better service
If I could give them a minus stars I would. Horrible company undisciplined and irresponsible scammers. If you want tuns of issues they are gor you!

*********************Update*************************************** I contacted social media as they asked, they answered my email by telling me to call their main line, you know, the one you have to sit on hold for endlessly. I already did that and received nothing but push back from them. No thank you! ********************************************************************* I had two PODS delivered in early July. They were on time as scheduled. I needed them stored, I called, they rolled in the next day and picked them up. I called them 5 days prior to when I needed them, which was 7/31/18, they scheduled me for 8/21/18. So how does that work out when you need your belongings to move into a new house, your kid is going off to college and needs her stuff. I was bluntly told to go unload them myself. My Realtor told me this has happened numerous time to his other clients. It's appears to be a game of extracting another months rent for their equipment. Their poor customer service cost me a lot of extra money. I was told that all they had were deliveries of PODS to customers, yet while I was there, the truck rolled in with a POD and parked. If they were so busy, why didn't the driver hop to it and run out with a delivery? Probably because they did not have any. I called two men and a truck, the drove two trucks to Lansing, 5 awesome, polite employees showed up and they handled it for me. They delivered everything to my new home in Howell in record time, with ultimate care and courtesy.
Read all the fine print. They get you. I had a nightmare trying to get my belongings back and always paid...there is extra fees you may not know about
Pods is a good easy way to go, they drop it off pick it up and they will find movers for you.
The POD was great for our storage needs for the summer. Customer service was easy to work with and the driver arrived on time and was friendly and easy to work with as well.
