I was in a little bit of a pickle at the beginning of the season. My lawn service cancelled me and my grass was getting high so I had a mower delivered from big-box store and it was damaged in shipping. I spent two and a half hours on the phone with customer service did not get the issue resolved, so called my credit card company and disputed the charge based upon the damaged equipment. So happy I found the Power Barn and Renee! The decision to buy from a local company was the way to go. The service was exemplary and the lil Cub Cadet riding mower only cost a couple hundred dollars more than a similar but much less quality one I got at The Big Box store. The caveat....it was delivered with a full tank of gas and that just tickled my fancy...
