The team here is great! From the receptionist to the technicians, everyone is professional. I have taken several printers in and they are very efficient and cost conscious. When it is an economical repair, they do it and when it's not worth it, they don't waste your money. They call you and tell you to buy a new one! Highly recommend!

I had a paper jam of sticky label paper that was stuck in my HP laser printers fuser and it was very tough to get to so I decided to let a pro deal with it. They had it fixed within a day for about 75, not bad IMO. Very courteous and professional. My only issue was that they were out of the office a lot so it was difficult to find a time to drop it off. In that case you might just want to schedule a home/office appointment for convenience sake.

Going to pick up my printer today. If they got it fixed right then they've save me from having to buy a new 500 printer (Epson ET4550) UPDATE: Wife picked up the printer yesterday and it appears they saved me from having to buy a brand new printer just because of a small broken piece of plastic. They had to actually manufacture a piece to make it work, but even if I get a few more months out of it I think the 70 spent was well worth it!

SCAM ARTISTS. Do not take your printer to this company to be repaired. I made this mistake and dropped off an HP Printer that was not working. The printer has a screen on it that gave a warning that the printhead was inoperable. Authorized Office Systems charged me 49.00 plus tax to diagnose the problems with this printer. One week later I called to find out the status and was told they could not perform the diagnostic because the printhead did not work. I asked for a refund of the 49.00 plus tax on the grounds that they did not perform the service they charged me for. They refused to give me the refund and made no partial refund offer. Bottom line. . . THEY NEVER DID THE WORK AND REFUSED TO REFUND THEIR CHARGES. Be very careful about doing any business with this company.
