The people you talk to are absolutely great, but i was told to send my golight i was having trouble pairing with a new remote that isnt cheap and they will fix it. 200 dollars later get the light back with wires sticking out of the rotation area and the saud they never recieved a remote so i never got my remote. NEVER Again...

So far everything has been great. We had a few hick ups and i reached out and got someone to answer right away. The issue i had was taken care of very quickly and got us back up and running. They even reached out a few days later to make sure everything was still going ok. Excellent product and great customer service. I am grateful that your company does what no other does well.
Honestly, one of the best companies to work with. Last minute turned into last second, and my products were not only delivered on time, the turn around was quicker than anyone expected. We had a plant outage and needed a transformer quick! THANKS A MILLION!
BEWARE: Do Not Order. This company has been a nightmare to work with. I ordered some camera housings attached is a picture (glass tube over camera in picture), my credit card got charged for 2000(Screenshot below) for the 2 camera housings I ordered. What arrived was the second image the light fixture housing valued at 254 ea (also below screenshot) or 508 total? So I reached out to customer service where the man asked me to email my order number and issues and he hung up on me. So I didn't think anything of it and emailed my issue. I have not been back and forth sending the same email over and over cause customer service keeps spinning me in circles. When I finally did get to speak with someone they told me they researched the order and we got what we ordered, that they use lighting housing for cameras, which is fine but that is not what i ordered cause the lighting housing would not fit my 4in camera. The last time I called thier customer support line, the individual said he had looked up my order 10 times already wouldn't explain to me why he would not address the issue and then hung up on me and everytime I call back they send me to busy signal. Worst Customer Service Ever, please see attached screenshot from chat conversation.
