Do not go. The manager/owner was very rude. I booked an appointment via giving the card info as we were vacationing in Las Vegas around 12/27-12/29. I decided to book a massage an appointment for the 50/60 minutes Swedish massage for my mother. We got there and had to fill out some paperwork. The manager/owner came and said hurry- they're waiting on you and so my mom quickly ran in. Soon, within 30 mins, we get a call saying that her massage is over. I quickly go there- getting to know the card number that they used declined. My mother was very upset as she informed me in the time I was coming, the manager/owner kept asking where is your daughter, can you pay, what tip do you want to give- and mind you a few times. She also informed that they quickly had her massage finish and said oh they're another person after you etc, etc and turns out my mom had a 30 min massage and a wait in the lobby and ask all those questions above. Turns out no one came in their office after my mom (and they were to be opened still for a hour or so. Instead of rest, my mom got tensed. Mind you, we are financially fine and can pay. Extremely disappointing.

went & got a facial & massage. everything was just wonderful. clean facility & professional staff. upgraded my massage to hot stones & added a foot treatment. signed up for the membership, cant wait to book my next appointment.

I came here with my girlfriend about a month ago or so and we got messages. Afterwards we signed up for the membership and left. I then decided I do not want to come back to the place do to reasons such as, them being 30 minutes away from my house and I’m joining the military. I called them earlier this month of December and asked to get my membership cancelled and for them to not charge my card. My membership was never cancelled and my card was charged 60. I proceeded to call them back and let them know my situation and problem and told I was able to cancel my membership and get my refund after sending an email verification back. I never received and email, then got a phone call from a lady who was not very nice with me, letting me know I can’t have a refund. I have only gone to this place 1 time on a free 50 minute session and have not gone back since and now I’m being charged 60 I tried preventing from happening? Very displeased with this place and the lady who I spoke to. I would not recommend coming here.

Beautiful spa with friendly, professional staff. I booked a facial with Hailey and she was just wonderful! She listened to my skin care concerns and tailored a luxurious facial just for me. She has the most gentle touch and her strokes are relaxing and very calming. I walked out of there glowing! Thank you for such a lovely experience.
