I love living here! I have been living here the past 7 months and I absolutely love it! Close to the alley where I meet up with my crack head friends!! Kyle let’s us hang out in the main courtyard long as we give him some blow and Melinda... my rent is cheap so I can’t complain... 250 a month (plus Melinda 3 times a month) I CANNOT complain. For over 3 years I've found Kyle house to be clean, comfortable, and safe. The manager is polite and responsive to any issues I've encountered. Perfect for those who require a fully furnished unit. Quality & value!
Great experience entire time I livedd here. Great landlord. Made the property secure even with the street being meh. Great location. 6 month through great experience. Super easy to get out and get my deposit. Super super chill, if I ever come back to visit Vegas I might stay here.
When I first came to Kyle House, I was very glad to see everything was provided. Furniture, linens, dishes, wifi, cable, two tvs, everything but groceries and a tooth brush. The manager enforced strict rules that kept things peaceful and safe .Tenants get trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels!!! The only way to rent here is to be face to face with manager and qualify...no felonies or past evictions. Very peaceful and your privacy and belongings are dilligently protected. This is the perfect place for decent people to find a quiet place to stay :)
