These people are absolutely ridiculous! They do not care whether they leave you with no electricity, or water. They take their sweet time to do anything and then do not disclose the full info at the time of inspection as to what needs to be repaired. They tell you 1 thing is wrong, you fix it, then they come back and tell you another thing that is wrong, and this just keeps going on and on and on. Coincidentally, each inspection costs a new fee. They are running a scam and the ones suffering are the home owners. If you have to deal with these people I am so sorry for you. Whatever the problem, you are probably better of just moving out of your mobile home and into a regular house. By the time they are done with all the work they want you to do you could have put a down payment on a new house. Hopefully someone steps in and does something to regulate this division or they're just going to keep screwing people over, and robbing home owners.
