We came for the "escape room". It was held in a room that i assume was an old party room. Half of the clues were missing or didn't work. Even though half the clues were missing, we were able to escape. All the clues we had to figure out where lock combinations. Nothing really too complex. The employees were super friendly, and gave us vouchers for a free game of laser tag because of the room not being set properly. The game of laser tag was fun, and the reason i gave the place 2 stars, and not 1. Don't waste your money on this escape room, there is a reason it is so cheap.

We had a great birthday party for my son. Customer service is best and all staff are friendly and always helpfull. Games are 15 minutes each, will be great if increased to 20. Huge parking lot in plaza and other shops nearby.
Hi y’all what is up?! I went and it was awesome i love it but it need a few more arcade games and it needs candy what arcade it is this!!! And prizes then you will attract more kids!
It's a bit old and mingy - but it's a fun place to take a group of kids. I used to go there when I was really young, and now I get to take my little guy. I'm amazed this place has stayed in business for song long, especially considering the depression of the rest of the strip mall. Good times
I loved laser tag at the Circus Circus hotel as a teen growing up in Las Vegas. Imagine my excitement to share this joy with my 11 year old and his friends here at Lazer Quest in Arlington Heights!! Folks, this is "old skool" fun, if you will. The reviews on here have left me shocked. This place isn't new construction and doesn't have five star resort amenities. Get over it! Haley, the current manager, and her employees are energetic, vibrant, and make the entire lazer quest mission the most fun experience ever. Her staff is so fun, and so nice, that I actually found myself blown away. You don't see customer service like that these days that often. The manager Haley is going to be successful at every endeavor she goes after in this life with that attitude!! Thank you Lazer Quest for making our Saturday nights lately that much more awesome!
Fun place but no small vest for younger kids and no food. Laser tag area is huge
Some girl with red hair was smoking pot right before she walked in and was staring me down laughing while doing it. HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE.
