RJ Millennial Branding

I was referred to this company by a good business friend and I am HIGHLY disappointed. I should of known to not use this company when Tricia started to get smart via email and only answering one question out of the email each time. This caused a long dragged out back and forth because she wouldn't/couldn't properly read and respond to an email. I put an order in on 12/14 and I am just now finding out on 12/23 that there is an issue with the artwork. At this time the client is expecting the job to be shipped out and it hasn't even started. I also, told them the size I needed and I'm JUST finding out that they don't print that size. Will NEVER use again they don't care about my business. Now I have to refund a client and lose money.
