Apparently they were assigned to be a custody conciliator and thought it would be apt to send me text messages demanding my email address to gonto a zoom meeting. Failed to serve me any paper work except for a court order from a hearing i was never legally informed of.

Michael Whare handled a legal matter for me a while back and I found him to be accommodating and competent. His follow-through was excellent. He did everything I asked of him, and at a very reasonable rate. Not only would I recommend him., but I have - several times. And everyone who used him as a result of these recommendations was pleased and said they would recommend him themselves.
I am a practicing Family Law attorney in Cumberland County, PA. In response to the review left by a disgruntled individual, I would like to note the following: 1. Atty. Whare is a great Custody Conference Officer. 2. Atty. Whare is not \unjust\. 3. Cumberland County does not love to interfere with the father/child relationship. This posting is based upon my own observations as a long-time Family Law attorney here in Cumberland County.
Horrible person inside and out. Mainly sides with women instead of fact checking. Cumberland county has him as a concilator. Big mistake so unjust. First off trying to reach him good luck been trying to contact him since conciliation (2 weeks ago). Never received one call back. Left messages and all. If you have to go the emergency room it dosen t matter to him they will proceed with the conciliation anyway with or without you and then rule in the person who showed up favor. Without even having all the facts. Pure bogus especially when you have someone who is a great parent. The cumberland court loves to push good fathers out their kids lives. They only are thinking about a check. If I could give him no stars I would just a horrible experience. Good luck to who ever is next
