I wish my experience with this lawyer was as positive as these other reviews claim. But sadly it was not the case for me. I was involved in a car accident in 2015 I contacted Tom Murphy who came to me and told me he would fight for me and it was the opposite. He did not fight for me he believed everything the driver who rear ended me said and never even bothered to look at the facts. Not only was that an insult he, waits 5 months before the statue of limitation in my case runs out to tell me he's dropping my case and come to find out he had never even filed my lawsuit. SMH but it all worked out because I acquired another lawyer the same day who filed my lawsuit the same day and was successful in getting me a LARGE settlement without ever having to go to trial. I would never recommend any person I know to this lawyer even if he was the only option. I would rather fight the case myself and lose than to hire a lawyer who would not fight for me at all. Tom Murphy doesn't deserve the one star I'm forced to give him, look elsewhere.

Mr. Murphy recently represented me in a slip and fall accident that caused me to undergo achilles repair surgery. Throughout the duration of my case, Mr Murphy was always available to answer any questions I had.He informed me of every update every step of the way. I have worked for many attorneys in the past and I must say that Mr. Murphy stands out primarily because of his personal connection with his clients. Everytime I called his office he would personally take my call. Most attorney's I know would have their paralegal do alot of the communicating with the clients, however Mr. Murphy displays such a personal and professional deameanor with every interaction.
