Came in to find a new mattress with my family, our old one was over 12 years old. Charlie was very helpful in finding a comfortable option within our budget in about 30-40 minutes and us trying out 5 or so different mattresses. Ordered one right there, looking forward to getting our new mattress by the end of the month. With the free money from the purchase we got the haul away service setup for the old mattress and got a waterproof cover since we've got a kid going through potty training. Overall great experience and we'll come back again next time.

Zach fielded my phone call, provided exactly the information I needed, and in the store showed me different options based upon my needs at different price points. I have always had fabulous service from everyone who works here! If I can help it I will always go here for a new bed. They never pressure you to buy anything. They definitely know their products. Rusty, Zach and Scott have all helped us at at one point and their service is top notch. I recently had to do a warranty exchange and they make it pretty easy. I highly recommend them.
