Unless you have a compound fracture don't think you will come here and be given anything stronger than Tylenol. I have never been in so much discomfort and they will make you feel like a drug addict if you ask for something simply to remain comfortable and pain free as i suffer from constant muscle spasms from a knee injury. If your in alot of pain choose somewhere else as you will get your scans and surgeries done but don't think they care about pain management while you wait the time for scans/surgeries to be completed. 0/5 is more accurate

The corporate administration is only interested in profits and maximizing their income. They create policies that drive patients with chronic injuries away for the sake of making room for new insurance cash cows, rather than accepting lower cash payments

Due to confusion over ortho moving there office from 6th Street to rockcalk I was going to be a little late. Called ahead to let them know I would be late. I arrived 10 minutes late and was told to sit in the lobby. After ten minutes I was told my appointment was pushed back to 10:30. I'm not waiting in a lobby for 2 hours because I was 10 minutes late. Never going back.

The service and experience inside was good from what I remember but whoever schedules the surgery appointments is really trash for a lack of a better word. Every single time I've called, it's a voicemail and every single time I leave my information to never receive a call back. Please fire that person and schedule my surgery.

This office submitted my bill to collections after only 3 months of non-payment for a bill less than 70 during the COVID pandemic. Not to mention that I PAID the bill 2 days after it was processed through my Health Care plan, but they somehow misplaced proof of payment....It doesn't seem very organized and caused me a lot of headache trying to prove that my bill had already been paid.
