I am so happy that we decided to go here for my new wedding ring. I had my ring custom made and it turn out MORE amazing than I expected (I get compliments all the time and I can't stop looking at it myself lol). Rachel, is the sweetest and so knowledgeable. She guided me in the right direction with choosing the perfect size stone. I can honestly say I had a great experience and I definitely recommend!

My husband and I initially went into Alexander’s on our 15th wedding anniversary, as we were looking for watches to purchase for each other as gifts. I had a watch in mind I was just going to order online, but instead fell in love with a beautiful watch in the store and we bought that instead. At the time, they didn’t have anything in store that my husband wanted, but they were willing to order one for him. Once he decided what he wanted, they got it for him at a great price, and timely delivery as well. We also recently had them resize my husband’s wedding band, which he hasn’t worn in ages! The service was fast, reasonably priced, fits just right and looks beautiful! Hayes has helped us with most of our transactions, but everyone in the store is so kind and helpful. They have beautiful pieces, and we will definitely be shopping there again!
